This dress is an above the knee tutu dress with adjustable tulle straps.
It can be shorter or longer and can be in any colour that you prefer.
The flower can also be in a different colour or can be placed anywhere above the hips and you could even add maybe ribbons.
This dress has a white long satin sash which can be changed to a ribbon satin instead if prefered or you could change the tulle straps for satin ribbon straps.

This cute x-mas dress comes with a belt buckle as shown and a black satin ribbon as a pose to a belt.
As shown in one of the pictures you may want to try this in green instead of red or do a different x-mas dress.
