This belle dress is a below the knee above the ankle tutu dress with adjustable tulle straps. It can either have the ruffle straps or the satin ribbon neck tie, tulle side arms with a jewel in middle.
It can be shorter or longer.
This dress has a white long satin sash which can be changed to a ribbon satin instead if prefered or you could change the tulle straps for satin ribbon straps.

This very popular Elsa princess dress which measures below the knee and has adjastable satin ribbon straps.
It has hand sewn on turquoise sequins with silver snowflake sequins scattered on the tulle.
This dress is very popular and because it has hand sewn sequins all around the bodice it does take longer to do then the other dress' so get your orders in quick and early if you would like this Elsa dress.
